 "Midtown Fitness is a great full spectrum gym that offers so much for all ages. 

   My first experience with Midtown Fitness was actually watching our   grandson Caydem, who enrolled in the Quest Martial Arts program at age 5.  I was so impressed with their program.  The staff is amazing with the kids and for Caydem it has given him so much self-confidence and focus.

Recently I decided it was time for me to get back into the gym and as for which one to join, it was a no-brainer for me.  The 24/7 gym access is so convenient.  There is such a wide variety of equipment, the gym is always clean and comfortable, and the staff is always so courteous and friendly.  I’ve seen people of all ages there and it’s a great environment.  My husband even decided to join so we work out together and we can pick whatever time works for us."

"I started at Midtown Fitness in January of '07 after seeing myself in pictures taken at my daughter's wedding in December. Sometimes it takes a shock factor to get you motivated. As another daughter was getting married in May, I was determined that I would lose weight before that event. Looking for a quick fix I went to the gym and was welcomed by Mr. B, the staff, and even the "regulars".

I jumped on the Life Cycle and after 20 minutes I was exhausted and more than a little discouraged. I fast realized there is no quick fix for years of inactivity and poor eating habits. However, with encouragement from the staff, I stayed focused on my goal and returned to the gym 5 evenings a week. My endurance increased and the weight came off.

A year later and with the continuing support of everyone at the gym and my family, I have lost 55 pounds and gone from a size 16 to a size 10 and decreased my blood pressure medicine by more than half. I have learned that weight loss itself may be a short term goal, but maintaining my current weight and better health is a lifestyle change".
