We are Helping TEEG send every child back to school prepared.

TEEG’s Back To School Program allows local families to send their children to school fully prepared to meet the challenges of their education. Through generous donations from our community, TEEG is able to provide qualified area families with school supplies, backpacks and clothing vouchers. Before the school year begins, TEEG works with local teachers to assemble a list of necessary supplies. Helping all children begin a new school year with the tools necessary to succeed empowers them to excel.

Cash donations to purchase clothing and shoe vouchers are greatly needed.

TEEG also welcomes donations of the following items:

  • Backpacks for middle/high school size kids
  • Pens
  • Child safety scissors
  • Scissors

October - National Physical Therapy month.  Many post PT clients come to the gym to maintain their post recuperation success.

November - American Diabetes Month.  Losing weight is a sure fire way to manage diabetes.

The American Cancer Society marks the Great American Smokeout on the third Thursday of November each year by encouraging smokers to use the date to make a plan to quit, or to plan in advance and quit smoking that day. By quitting — even for one day — smokers will be taking an important step towards a healthier life – one that can lead to reducing cancer risk.  Today the gym is free!

Happy Thanksgiving! We are closed Thanksgiving (except 24 hour members).  Enjoy the holiday.

We are collecting new, unopened toys for our local charity TEEG.  Drop them off in the lobby anytime!
